**If you enter a customer aircraft name (eg $my777) as opposed to a generic aircraft name (eg 777A), you probably will not need to provide input for questions 11, 12, 13, 17, 18 & 19. The inputs for these questions will be extracted from the customer aircraft that you have identified. If you provide an input for one or more of these questions, your input(s) will override the input(s) that would otherwise be extracted from the customer aircraft. Please note however that it is possible that the identified customer aircraft will not have data stored for questions 11, 13, 18 or 19. If this is the case for either questions 11 or 13, you must provide an input on the form as inputs for questions 11 and 13 are mandatory for requesting a flight plan.
